Karen Wong graduated with a degree in Architecture from USC. She is a licensed Architect (C 39010) and Realtor (02039022).

 

She is familiar with the fundamental knowledge of building codes and general knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system. She is highly efficient in CAD, Revit, project management, CBC code compliance, redlining drawings, materials and methods, and construction.

 

She has previous experience working on OSHPD and DSA tenant improvement projects, and is capable of preparing construction documents for final submittal. She can also provide mentorship and guide drafters who are working toward their license.
